Line Manager: Planning Director

Location: Bangkok

Role & Responsibilities:

Monitor production performance against the Master Production Plan and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with Production, Material Control (MC), and relevant departments to ensure production schedules and material availability are aligned.
Monitor production progress, identify deviations or bottlenecks, and coordinate corrective actions to minimize production delays.
Analyze production capacity, workload, and resource utilization to support efficient production planning.
Track daily production efficiency, productivity, and output performance, and recommend improvement actions.
Prepare and maintain production control reports, performance analysis, and planning updates for management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and customer requirements.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Planning Director.

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production planning, production control, or manufacturing operations, preferably in the garment or textile industry.
Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, material flow, and manufacturing processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ERP or production planning systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to interpret production data, prioritize tasks, and make timely decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
