Work Standards Management
- Develop, review, and maintain quality and product safety work standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure standards are updated in line with customer requirements, regulatory requirements, and operational changes.
- Communicate revised standards and ensure effective implementation across all branches.
Audit Planning & Execution
- Develop annual and periodic internal audit plans based on business risks and quality objectives.
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate compliance with quality management systems, product safety requirements, customer standards, and company procedures.
- Ensure audits are performed systematically and objectively.
Process & Document Evaluation
- Review SOPs, work instructions, process documentation, and operational practices to identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Verify that manufacturing and support processes comply with established standards and customer requirements.
Non-Conformance & Corrective Action Management
- Identify audit findings, non-conformities, and product safety risks.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to establish corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor implementation and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions until closure.
Audit Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare audit reports with clear findings, root cause analysis, and improvement recommendations.
- Analyze audit trends and recurring issues to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Report audit performance and quality compliance status to management.
Complaint & Defect Follow-up
- Monitor corrective actions arising from customer complaints, product defects, and internal quality issues.
- Ensure timely resolution and preventive measures to minimize recurrence.
Documentation & Record Control
- Maintain accurate audit records, corrective action logs, quality documentation, and related reports.
- Ensure documentation complies with company document control procedures.
Training & Awareness
- Support the development and delivery of training on quality management systems, product safety requirements, audit processes, and quality standards.
- Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate with production, quality, technical, compliance, and other relevant departments during audits and improvement activities.
- Support customer audits, third-party audits, and certification audits as required.
