Hi-Tech Apparel is pleased to report strong progress in the construction of its new manufacturing facility in Egypt, marking an important milestone in the company’s ongoing global expansion strategy.

Located within West Qantara Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone), the new facility will significantly strengthen Hi-Tech Apparel’s international manufacturing footprint and enhance its ability to serve customers across Europe and the US.

Construction work is progressing at pace and the first phase (garment manufacturing) is scheduled to finish as expected in May 2026. A second phase (fabric mill) is planned to be completed before the end of 2026. 

This new location will offer significant lead time reductions and duty saving benefits for our customers. Once completed the facility will employ over 2,000 people and produce more than 6M finished garments each year.
