HROD Manager

Job Description
Oversee organizational culture change management, engagement, succession program, training & development, and internal communication
Lead new HR system and implement all modules in HR system
Design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and procedures
Interventions to support business strategy which foster a high performance culture which values learning & continuous improvement
Design specific performance improvement initiatives, for example through the implementation of a new behavioral competency framework and feedback process
Identify opportunities for performance improvement through, for example undertaking internal diagnosis, process/system reviews in order to understand barriers and opportunities

Qualifications

Sourcing Manager

Job Description

Develop strong long-term partnerships with suppliers of fabrics and trims in order to ensure outstanding levels of service and quality are delivered at all times
Understand the global market for sourcing in the apparel industry and create a sourcing strategy that is optimized based on country of origin, lead time, cost, quality, and other commercial levers
Identify new and/or emerging suppliers and production countries, assess capabilities and risks, successfully negotiate, and onboard new suppliers
Constantly develop and refine action plans to optimize the supplier base in terms of cost, quality, and service performance
Create metrics to objectively review supplier performance, with an associated process to manage and improve it
Solve problems of varying scale related to suppliers and materials in order to contribute to the overall performance and service level of the organization
Work closely with colleagues in Sales & Marketing to understand the needs of current and potential customers, sourcing materials to meet those needs, and delivering accurate outcomes in short timeframes
Participate in customer meetings to offer sourcing expertise and develop a strong understanding of customer strategy and priorities

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sourcing materials for an international apparel manufacturer, or similar role in a closely related industry
  • An understanding of garment construction and technical knowledge related to the production of materials used in garment creation would be a distinct advantage
  • Confident yet humble, able to work effectively with people at all levels, across cultures and countries
  • Possess strong negotiation skills combined with commercial acumen, able to quickly assess alternatives and take actions to solve problems
  • Highly analytical but with a broad experience of business to be able to understand and collaborate with various stakeholders

  • Direct experience of new product development and innovation pipeline management that has delivered customer-centric products to market
