We have adopted international standards that demonstrate our commitment to not only meeting but also seeking to exceed the expectations of our partners and colleagues. Our desire to embrace innovative technology extends beyond only those that directly benefit our manufacturing processes. We believe that by going above and beyond expectations we create something truly valuable for our colleagues and partners. A tangible example of this is the large-scale installation of solar panel technology above our manufacturing facilities. This investment is generating a tangible reduction in energy consumption and a positive impact to our environment. Another example of energy conservation is the induction cooling system installed in our manufacturing facilities. This investment offers a benefit to both our environment in the form of reduced energy consumption, and also to our colleagues in the form of a cooler, more comfortable and well ventilated environment in which to work.
